Terms of Service
These terms apply to GlobalEd Studio accounts, generated teaching materials, and first-party digital resources sold by GlobalEd Studio.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account details accurate and secure. Do not use the service to infringe rights, distribute harmful material, probe security, or interfere with other users. You remain responsible for reviewing generated materials before classroom use.
Digital-resource purchases
Prices and currencies are shown before checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. A completed purchase grants the purchasing account a personal, non-transferable licence to use the resource for its own educational work. Copyright and ownership are not transferred.
Refunds
If a file is defective, materially different from its description, or cannot be accessed, contact support with the order details. Eligible refunds are returned through the original payment method. Download access ends when a purchase is fully refunded. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.
Availability and changes
We may improve, suspend, or retire features and resources. Previously purchased resources remain in the purchaser’s Library unless access must be removed for a refund, legal requirement, security issue, or rights violation.
