Privacy Policy

Effective 1 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information GlobalEd Studio handles when you use globaledstudio.com, its account and resource tools, or the portfolio page at globaledstudio.com/gussein.

Who is responsible

GlobalEd Studio is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at [email protected].

Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, password in hashed form, profile details, preferences, role, locale, and account dates.
  • Authentication and security information: session records, sign-in activity, and technical data used to protect accounts and the service.
  • Content you provide: resource-generation inputs, saved Resource Packs, profile content, feedback, and messages sent to us.
  • Usage information: page views and interaction events collected through Google Analytics 4 after you give analytics consent.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, request times, and service logs generated when the site is delivered.

The portfolio page opens your email application when you use its contact link. It does not upload that message to the site.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • create and manage accounts, sessions, profiles, and saved resources;
  • generate, deliver, and improve requested Resource Packs;
  • respond to support requests and feedback;
  • detect abuse, investigate failures, and protect the service;
  • measure site use when analytics consent has been given; and
  • meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

The site uses essential storage for functions such as secure sign-in, session continuity, and recording your privacy choices. With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures page views and interaction events. Cloudflare Zaraz applies your consent choice before analytics tools run. You can refuse or later change optional analytics consent through the site's consent controls. Essential storage remains available because the site cannot provide its requested functions without it.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers only where needed to operate the site:

  • Cloudflare for DNS, security, traffic delivery, the portfolio route, consent management, and analytics-tag delivery.
  • Google Cloud for application hosting, databases, and managed secrets.
  • Google Analytics 4 for consent-based usage measurement.

These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their contractual and legal safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Retention and security

We retain account and saved-resource information while the account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Service logs, analytics data, and backups follow the retention settings and limited backup cycles of the relevant systems. Deletion from backups may take additional time as backups rotate.

We use measures including encrypted connections, password hashing, restricted database access, and managed secret storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. To make a request, email us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

GlobalEd Studio is designed for educators and other adults. It is not intended for children under 13 to create their own accounts or submit personal information.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
